Your Montage comes with unlimited invitations. You can invite contacts directly from Google, Yahoo, or Outlook accounts, or you can enter names and emails by hand.
Your Montage also has a unique Invitation Link that you can copy and send to anyone via text messaging services, like Facebook, iMessage, or WhatsApp.
When Montage sends out invitations, we use an email service that allows us to know who has opened the invitation, clicked on the link, and submitted videos.
It’s a breeze to keep track of your invitees.
Your People page has a neat Invitation Tracking table. On non-mobile browsers, you can sort the table by column: Name, Email, Opened, Clicked, and Submitted.
If you sent out the Invitation Link and someone clicked on it, they’ll show up on the Invitation Tracking table, too!
We want to make life easier for our Montage Creators. That’s why we offer reusable message templates!
Just click or tap on a row of your Invitation Tracker, and the “Nudge” menu will pop up. Choose a template and select your delivery method (Email, SMS, or Facebook).
Every Montage starts with three default templates, containing simple messages like “Don’t forget…” or “Thanks for your entry!”. You are encouraged to add or edit these templates.
